Aww, poor baby. Have you asked the vet about Hills a/d? It's a canned
food made for sick cats. Others here have posted something about
Nutrical, a high-calorie supplent that comes in a tube. How about
warming up his food a bit to bring out the aroma?

I second that. Hill's a/d, 5 seconds in the microwave, it's like foie
gras...it's how I get my cat Timothy (who HATES canned food) to take his
medicine, I just sprinkle the capsule contents and mix it in. When he was
really sick this summer, with no appetite, I gave him one drop of B12/Folic
Acid supplement every day (available from naturopathic pharmacies as
sublingual drops). I think it helped to stimulate his appetite: though I
can't be 100% positive, it certainly didn't hurt.
Good luck with your kitty.
