Sounds like she had one heck of an itch.
If it's a small scratch that has scabbed over, I wouldn't worry.
If it seeps blood or re-opens, it'd bring her in just for a topical
antibiotic so it doesn't get infected.
Also, if she hasn't been checked for mites, fleas, and ticks, you may
want to consider it.

This is good advice -- follow it.
Possibly from scratching too vigorously, which might be due to fleas or
earmites. Take a peek inside the ear; a vet visit may be warranted.
