Kitten gets a mouthful of the other cat's fur... is this considered playing?

We have a kitten less than 6 months old.  He will be neutered in a
month.  We have a cat who is almost 2 years old.  Sometimes they play
and the kitten will come up with a mouthful of the older cat's fur.
Is this harming the cat?  He is a lilac-point Himalayan, and he sheds
quite a bit, and I haven't noticed large, missing patches of fur; it's
just a bit alarming to see a black kitten with a mouthful of white
fur!  The white cat still appears to be "alpha" cat and holds his own
during playtime.  I'm also wondering if this biting behavior will
decrease (or end, hopefully!) after the kitten is neutered.
Thanks much!

Sure sounds like playing to me! Even my two cats (3 and 5 DSHs) will
sometimes get a mouthful of the other's hair when they play. As long
as they get along generally and no blood is being drawn, you don't
have to worry.
