Hi all !
This may sound like a really weird question, but here goes ..........
Zee B, my 3 month old kitten seems to have a strange bottom lip. Its hard
to explain, but it changes colour to pink. It started at the left side & it
looked swollen, so I asked the vet when he went for his second vaccine - the
vet said it was fine.
That bit has gone down & its now the centre of his bottom lip that has
changed to pink & looks a bit swollen. I guess it could be him just growing
up, but I never saw my Mums' kittens like this. Anyone know about this
change ?
Also, how often do you give your cat worming tablets ? Zee B has had his
first one (a whole pill) and the second (a half pill) when he went for his
two vaccines. It seems strange to give him a half pill the second time, but
thats what the vet told us to do.
Do I need to keep using the worming tablets & if so, how often ?
Thanks for any help you can shed.

There is a condition called rodent ulcer (granuloma) that some cats can get.
It's not really clear what causes it other than it could possibly be linked to
allergies. Here's a link for more information:

Sorry about that. Try this one. Keep in mind this may not be at all what's
going on with your kitten. Best to have the vet take a look.

Good luck and let me know how your kitty is doing.
