Thanks to all who responded.

Secondo had her first chemo today.  Her URI seems to have abated and her
incision was almost totally healed.

She seems to feel a little under the weather, but I've been given an
anti-nausea pill for her.

Hopefully, the cancer was cured by the surgery.  It had not spread
(apparently) to any lymph nodes or other mammary glands.  She will only need
4 total rounds of chemo.

I sure hope it works.  I'm not ready to lose my sweet kitty.  Everyone at U
Penn has fallen in love with her :)
