Why are you asking in here instead of taking her to a vet? No exactly rocket
science is it?

Take the cat to the vet NOW. Go to an emergency vet if your own isn't
available today. You can't afford to wait if the cat truly hasn't eaten for
as long as you say.

People like this amaze me with their stupidity. Cat hasn't eaten or drank
for 4 days etc and their first action is to ask advise on a f.cking
newsgroup & prolong their cat's suffering waiting for responses rather than
take their poor pet to a vet when there is clearly something wrong. Whatever
happened to common sense?

People like you amaze me thast you can't tell when someone is yanking
your chain, that post had bullshit alert written all over it.

I agree with Trish- the post seems like bullshit.  For another thing, old
cat is 20 or 23, not 16.

Of course I don't look busy,
I did it right the first time.

I disagree. I mean, I agree that the post is a troll. But an old cat
is 16. A very old cat is 20. My vet once told me that the average cat
is dead by 13, and that is indoors. Quite a few of mine didn't make 13
and I treat them well.

Yes but this post aside - how many times have you seen something similar
posted?
