At What do u stop kitten food?

Cats are considered adukts at 1 year....Rudy & Moe are 8 months old,
cat books says that makes them teens...should they still eat kitten
food?

It is "written" that at the age of one year, cats should be switched from
kitten to adult food, but doing this really depends on the cat. At the age
of 9 months, Matilda was overweight, so my vet suggested I switch her to
adult food.
