Any of my book chat friends still around?

We've talked about books with cats as characters before.  Someone at
work loaned me a book that is part of a series called Fear Familiar.
Familiar is a black cat detective.  It seemed a little insipid at first
but it really was pretty cute.  Definitely easy reading.

Did you read "The cat who came for Christmas?"  It has some warm cute
sections but is a little dry in other parts, I did enjoy it though.

Was that Cleveland Amory's book?  I read it a long time ago.  Yeah, it
was cute.

How about the Gabriel King books?  The Golden Cat, and The Wild Road, I
think.  Quite liked them.

Haven't heard of them; I'll have to check them out (not literally).
