My 4 year old kitty has always been one that urinates infrequently, but when
he goes, he goes big.  I don't know if he does this all the time, but I just
noticed that when he went, it was foamy in the litter box. I searched on
Google but didn't find anything with my search terms, but can this indicate
urine that is concentrated? Dilute? Coming out at full force? (it was loud!)
A reaction from the litter?  We've always used the same litter, Arm and
Hammer clumping. He has never had problems with
urination/crystals/blockage/kidney.

I think its just the "pressure" deal.

It's also a mild acid/base reaction, like vinegar and baking soda.

I am feeding my cat food that is meant to lower his urinary pH for
urinary tract health, so acidic urine is apparently a good thing.
