Well......you probably can't. My cats change where they sleep on my body
season to season sometimes. But I know some who always sleep on or near
their favorite place. You *could* try putting a nifty little half tree by
your side of the bed up by your head with a cushy blanket in it. Sounds cute
though.

Marley (RB) used to sleep on my head. He was the only cat I had
that made me close the bedroom door in order to get any sleep. I'd
be either breathing in fur all night, or he'd drool on me when he
kneaded my hair. He got used to not sleeping in my room. I'm glad
my current clowder don't sleep that close. They are pretty good and
don't usually try to even wake me up until it's time to get up
anyways. :)

Great!  I'm sure your Sam cat is smiling down on all of you, happy that
2 others now have a good home.  It's a tribute to her.
