The "Pregnant or Nursing" cat was nursing. Kittens are a few weeks old.
The question is, how many kittens are there? I could only find three. All
three of them appeared when their mother returned, is it likely that other
kittens might still be hiding?

It's possible, but if they are only a few weeks old, they would probably all
stick together. Hard to say. Maybe give it a day or two and see how many
pop up.
