Does anyone recommend a good book on cat behavior? I'd like to send one
to the person who has the cat that has reverted to semi-feral status.
She needs to know more about how they think, how to feel comfortable
with a terrified cat, etc.

We bought a cat care book, but was hoping you knew of one more about
behavior, and what goes through their furry brains.

Thanks,

Rhonda

Of the top of my head, any book by Claire Bessant. I have the Cat
Whisperer and What Cats Want.

Perhaps if you can describe what's happened in more detail , someone
feral peeps might be able to help.

Thanks Alison,

I'll look for those books. The Cat Whisperer -- now that sounds intriguing!

The detail of what has happened is a long story under "Heart-broken cat."

I'll see if I can find the books you mentioned.

One of my favorites is the New Natural Cat by Anitra Frazier.  I"m sure
they have it at Amazon.com.
