I purchased a product called Energel (similar to Nutri-Cal) last year
but it doesn't have an expiration date or a phone number to call to
find out. Does anyone have any ideas how long this kind of stuff last
before it goes bad? I would assume that it would be about the same as
Nutri-Cal but I don't know if even that has an expiration date on it. I
think most cat food products expire between one to two years after
purchasing them. But I don't know how long they last once they've been
opened.

Look closely on the top flap of the box, the expiration date should be
embossed- not printed.

The expiration date for Felovite II which is similar Nutri-Cal is about 2
years.  The tubes I bought in April have an expiration date of 10-07- but I
would throw opened tubes away after 6 months.
