I remember during and after 9/11 the many kind thoughts from our British
friends that were written to message boards of all kinds...

And now, sadly, it's our turn to send kind thoughts to you...

Yes, it is. I really feel for the people in London and those who have
family there.

Thanks for caring.  We spent a worrying 3 hrs in the morning as my
husbands sister lives and works in London and we knew she got the tube
where the trouble was.  We rang her works place and she had not arrived
and they were all worried about her.  We spent an anxious 2 hrs ringing
around the family, she had not rang anyone on her mobile.  Finally, she
rang work to say she was stopped getting the tube, got a bus but was
stopped getting through, and was catching another bus home.  She was in
the next street to where the other bus got blown up.  No one was
getting through on the mobiles.  We were lucky. I can only imagine from
that short time of worrying what the poor people who havent heard from
loved ones must be feeling now, when there is little hope.

Best wishes

Chris
