Did you read the emails I posted? It looks to me like Dan lied to a group of people -- not a sin of omission mind you, but a creative saga with details, manufactured to deceive people who trusted him. I don't know Dan and have no reason to dirty his name. I'm putting up information that I think is relevant -- especially if people are giving this guy money. That's the truth of the matter. 2 weeks ago everyone just wanted Conan out of a kill shelter. Now that he is, and adoptions are being pursued, that should be that. Also goes well with a merlot/cabernet sauvignon wine Ingredients: 2 to 3 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil 4 to 7 tablespoons butter 3 to 6 whole shallots 1/2 cup beef bouillon 2 to 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar 1 to 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 4 to 6 sliced green onions 4 to 6 sliced mushrooms (optional) 4 (6-ounce) filet minion (beef tenderloin steaks) Instructions: Heat olive oil and butter cook filets quickly 4-6 minutes per side (the key to filet minion is to cook the steaks just right to have them turn out so tender you can cut them with a fork, if you over cook them, then they will toughen up). Remove from pan and keep warm. Add 2-3 tablespoons butter and sauté shallots, green onion and mushrooms 1 minute. Add beef bouillon and boil until 2 tablespoons are left. Add red wine vinegar and Worchestershire sauce boil 1 minute. I likes my minions Philly Blue rollem in fresh cracked pepper sealem up by flashing the edges with tongs and hot olive oil, cook to temp. course, a good mind #$%# always preceeds the extraction. I can see why Charlie did it--but he need not fear, enough of them read over here that they will know the truth about Dan Mahoney. |
