is sitting in his cage, having a snooze, sitting up,
washing his butt, looking around, scratching his
ear, and curling up for another nap.

      :)   He must be one of the most fought over cats in the US. I
hope everyone can put aside their differences and work this out. If
there is a paypal fund for him,  would the shelter accept payment for
boarding and keep him a little longer and not PTS.

The answer is .... listen carefully because your question has been answered
many times ... No.  If they did, they would have to add on at least two or
three more dedicated office staff.
