Ok here's the thing. Removed the stainless steel bowls. Fed Romeo by hand.
Went to buy 2 ceramic bowls. Give no tap water just bottled and haven't
picked up vomit since monday. I will touch wood and keep my fingers crossed.

Great.
Sure, they say don't store food in opened cans, but can food cans are
not stainless steel.
I personally don't think it was the bowls, although I am delighted that
Romeo is eating better.
I won"t be buying stainless steel bowls either (just in case).
