My cat has a thing about his tail. He lays on the couch turns his head
sideways and the head bops up and down to the rythm of his tail. Then he
will try to put a paw on it and while doing this does excessive licking and
yawning. Anyone else ever see this particular behavior. When he starts I
always tell hubby, Show time.

OMG this is hilarious. He may have something called feline
hyperesthesia (not harmful usually) or--he may just be
weird! Sounds like you got a good one!
