Blood test at the vet last night, two weeks after initial diagnosis of
CRF.
BUN went from 129 to 58. (normal range is 11-33)
Creatinine went from 7.4 to 5.8 (normal range is 0.5 - 2.2)
These are still high, but she is slowly starting to get some appetite
back, and generally looking and acting more like her normal self.
Blood again in two weeks, but I think we may have pulled her back from
the cliff for now.
Thanks for all the good thoughts here - I will keep everyone updated.

I forgot to mention that she went from 4.06kg to 4.22kg - but she was
given 150ml of NaCL an hour prior to the exam, so that is much of the
difference, but at least she did not lose any weight.
We are also switching fluids to lactated ringers, since there is more
potassium and less sodium than in the NaCL.
