cat eye colours

My cat Webster has brown eyes but the other 6 cats that I've had had green
eyes. I know that Siamese cats and some other cat breeds have blue eyes but
I've never seen a cat with brown eyes before. Have you?

How old is Webster? When Paintball was a kitten, everybody fussed over her
"cinnamon-colored" (a very light brown) eyes....but as she got older, they
turned to the more usually greeny-gold most cats have.

Hodge has light brown/gold eyes that match his ginger colouring. They're
kind of weird, actually.

Webster,too, is ginger on top and white on the bottom. I think that brown eyes
that match his fur is very chic!

When I was a child we had a white cat, Snowflake, who had standard
cat-green eyes but who also had had several odd-eyed kittens with gold
and blue eyes. A cat fancier who is interested in star gazing might know
about Alberio, which is a double star in the "eye" of the constellation
Cygnus that has one yellow star and one blue star, making Cygnus an
odd-eyed swan.
