I recently got my cat spayed. She is a Russian blue and about a year and a
half old. Anyways she has always liked to bite but now she bites me all the
time, especially me feet. Can cats become more agressive after being fixed?

The cat also has had longer to learn bad behaviors.

Neutering does not cause aggression.

As to what else has been going on, how you interact with her on a daily
basis, any pain she may be in, etc...well, any of those could cause more
frequent biting.
She isn't declawed, is she? Some cats may bite more after being declawed.

This sounds more like play biting than aggression biting, though. Tell us
more about the situations when she bites, how hard she bites, how you react
to the biting, what she and you were doing before the biting, etc. You may be
inadvertently teaching her to bite as part of playing.

Getting spayed was very hard on her, not a great experience, and so now she
needs a whole lot more attention probably just for a while.

I did it right the first time.
