My cat NewCat got to be a demo cat for our shelter's local cable show that
probably about 3 people watch. She gets to show how to clip nails, clean
teeth and ears.
The clip is a bit long, 8 minutes I think, so the file probably takes a
while. It's in Windows Media Player (.wmv) format, so sorry if some people
can't view it. I don't know how to convert it to anything else.

Nice instructive video. My cat would kill me if I tried brushing her

Thanks :) That's why we used her, she's so sweet and calm. Normally we
would use a shelter cat, but we didn't have any that we thought would sit
still. I happened to bring in NewCat for an ear infection, and since we
were doing ear cleaning, it all worked out.

I watched it all and found it very informative. I had no
idea you could clean their ears like that.

She is :) She's the cat that sleeps above my head all night.

Between NewCat and the shelter cats, I've gotten to be a bit of an expert
ear cleaner. NewCat's had a mungy ear for quite some time, and my old vet
had me using some other ear med, but it never would clear up. This time we
used Otomax, and it cleared right up.
Some of the shelter cats come in with really nasty ears!

Newcat is really pretty. I also noted that I do not have to
try to get the inside of the teeth when I brush, just the
outside. NOW I know why I have been gagging my
poor cats every time I brush!

I watched it - no problem w/ it downloading & buffering quite quickly (w/
broadband, at any rate). NewCat was such a good patient! :-)

What a good NewCat! That was a lot to put up with! I hope her ear gets
