Ok I know that there is likely no answer to this but I will ask anyway as it
is bothering the hell out of me.
When my husband sneezes, Stella will meow in a curt manner as if to say shut
up or you're annoying me. She will do this from rooms away if she hears him.
When I sneeze, it doesn't faze her.
We sneeze at about the same loudness but regardless of the noise, she still
tells him off and not me. What is up with that???

That's kind of funny. Maybe it's a cat "Gesundheit".

All I know is that Luna runs far and fast when I sneeze. It scares the
bejeebus out of her!

You WILL be able to FEED me won't you??"

She is saying: Use a tissue to cover your sneeze." MLB

One of my old cats, Samantha, used to make that chirpy noise they do when
they see a bird anytime anyone sneezed. Cute!

Chloe does that too. Up on the window sill, a chirp, then she sits looking
intently at the tree. Trouble is, I can never see anything.

Kami doesn't chirp, she sort of whisper meows. I can't say she does it
for anything other than what she wants to hunt.
