One of my cats has begun being very interested in my showering.
He sits on the floor just outside the tub, starring at the shower curtain
until I am done. When i pull it across and dry off, he is still sitting
there starring, and the very second i step out he starts meowing, and
doesn't stop until i am dry, hair brushed, etc, and out of the bathroom.
Any ideas what this is about?
It isn't his normal meow, a very long strange one.

He's worried about this wierd water fetish you have.

Our cats do this too. We have a fabric curtain which is on the outside of
the shower and a clear plastic on the inside. The tub is old and the sides
are quite wide so both cats sit between the curtains and watch. They jump in
the tub once the water is off and lick around a bit then watch us dry off.
It likely has something do so with your kitty just wanting to be near you,
being interested in what it is you're doing, keeping you company and just
wondering why in Sam Hell you don't use your tongue to wash like she does.

My Bengal look-alike kittens jump in the shower when I'm done. They
jump out soaked. lol
