CUT THE HABBIT
How much cigarette sticks you puff each day. Smoking has always been
Associated with heart disease, premature aging, damage to your teeth and
most of all it can cause lung cancer. It is shocking to know that people
in large countries die of lung cancer- and we all know that the lung
cancer commonly caused by puffing of cigarettes or even inhaling the
smoke.
CUT YOUR SMOKING HABBIT.

Why do we need to QUIT smoking?
1.Quitting smoking at any time will make life not only better, but also
longer.
2.If you are pregnant, quitting smoking will improve your chances pf
having a healthy baby.
3.Infants and young children are at special risk and could suffer
permanent damage due to cigarette side stream smoke.
4.You will have extra money to spend things other than cigarettes.

of someone responding to you.
