Does it have any nutritional value and is it ok for a CRF cat?

I think it's fine for a CRF cat.  You could ask you vet if you want to be 100%
sure.  I don't see anything that could possibly harm her though.  Wheat grass
helps with digestion and has vitamins, especially the B vitamins.  I grow my
own for my cats and they love it.
