Haw! Haw! Haw! Your troll was de-fused before it even had a chance to
get off the ground.
I'll bet you feel like an a.s, huh?

Hodge got up to 17 or 18 lbs. At the veterinarian's recommendation, I
began feeding him twice a day, 1/4 cup each time. He lost weight (to 12)
and isn't starving (although still strongly food motivated). If your cat
is ultra-fat, of course he won't move. He needs to shed some weight;
once he does that, perhaps some energy will come back.

Take him/her to the vet & ask for recommendations for food & how much per
day. Cats need to lose weight very slowly; their livers can't handle a
quick weight loss, & the resultant "fatty liver disease" can actually be
fatal. Otoh, it's possible to feed "x" amount per day & have a s-l-o-w, but
successful weight loss.

Put your cat on a diet of premium canned cat food and play with him as often
as you can. Get a laser pointer and some catnip toys, scratching pads, cat
trees, that sort of thing.
