Do you know of a cat food that has Menhaden Herring, but without beef, chicken, lamb, or turkey?

Innova cat food contains herring, but it also contains chicken and turkey.

Why would you want to feed this type of food? A fish only diet is not
good for cats. If you are wanting to add fatty acids to your cat's diet
a better solution is to buy a preparation you can mix in with canned
food. You can find some examples at this page (there are two pump
versions at the bottom):

"Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), there is one
elementary truth the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and
splendid plans: that the moment one definitely commits oneself, then
providence moves too. A whole stream of events issues from the decision,
raising in one's favor all manner of unforeseen incidents, meetings and
material assistance, which no man could have dreamt would have come his
way."

I needed a prepared dry cat food for cats with sensitivities to beef, chicken, lamb, and turkey.

Wow, that's going to be rough. Have you tried rabbit? Or duck?

Are you confident of the sensitivities?  I have a cat who gets the runs
whenever she eats any kind of dry food.  Makes no sense, but I have yet
to try her on a dry food which doesn't make her sick.
