My cat just swallowed one of his whiskers.  Will he be ok?  Thanks

I don't think it will harm him at all.

Their stomachs are able to digest all kinds of weird animal parts (on
poor little mice...), even bones. A whisker should be a piece of cake,
so to speak.

I wouldn't worry at all,

Rhonda

Thank you for your emails.  I am concerned because the one end of a
whisker is quite sharp and can prick a finger.

I've picked up and played with my share of whiskers from two cats and
never found this. What breed?
