Hi,

Has anybody seen the picture of the BLACK CAT on Saturn's Moon TITAN?

Go to http://photojournal.jpl.nasa.gov/mission/cassini?start=10

It is the fifth image down in TIFF or JPEG format.

Could not beleive it when I saw it!!!

Well, I think I see it. Are the ears facing "East"? Looks like a cartoon
drawing? Just a head?

So help me!  I can see three cats  -- is it just because I want to?  MLB

They have called the cat Si-Si after the young child that noticed it.

You can see two ears (maybe three, but it is a Titanian cat!!!) the
outline of a face and on the right what looks like an extended paw or
tail. If it is a tail then it looks like a poodle's tail.

Cassini is due to make another pass by Titan in early December, I
think.

Well done NASA and the American's, I say!!!

They think there may be life down there but who'd have thought it'd be
cats!!! ;-)

You are right that first picture if outlined looks almost like the
shadow on the Titan pics. I love the black & white cats especially, I
think.

All three of my cats are Celia Hammond cats. I'm really gratefull for
their putting these cats our way. Each has a totally different
personality and are a total joy when they 'look after' me!!!

One of the volunteers there was telling me they have a huge influx of
kittens now. You can se it on their webpage. I'm thinking of putting
in for fostering one cat in order to help it socialise prior to being
welcomed into a for-ever home.
