I recent weeks I posted messages asking for advice about my neighbours
cat. There was a problem because she had a bad flea allergy which he
would not deal with and in the end I took her to the vet. Since then
he has kept her inside except for a couple of occasions. She is an
"outdoor cat" used to being outside and also visiting me for several
hours a day. I have noticed she is getting rather skinny since he
started keeping her in. For about 8 to 10 hours a day she is alone
now. She also has developed some problem . see photos at
http://members.lycos.co.uk/waweldragon5/html0006/ which I took
today. Her fea allergy was characterised by something different,
more like lumps more or less all over her. This new problem is a lot
different. She has no more flea problem. Not a lump anywhere. and
being treated appropriately with a monthly treatment. There is no
way he will take her to the vet. I wonder if she has injured herself
due to disturbed behaviour/frustration. I no longer see her at the
windows of his home and I am not sure if she has access to a window
any more
Please advise me about what this might be. Thank you

I don't know, could she have scratched herself there due to an allergy or
stress maybe? Is it just that one spot above her eye? I don't know what mange
looks like. It must be iritated in some way and she is scratching it. Why
won't he take her to the vet? He must know it isn't normal.
