Yes, hyperthyroidism can cause yowling. So can a cat who is becoming deaf.

Yes, it can cause yowling. How high were her levels, and what does the vet
have her on?

she didn't tell me how high the levals were just that they're high and I get
the scribe in am

gotta start it at exact times and she has to be on them for 24 hrs and then
tested again

poor Sam, more bloodwork for her

I just went through this with my nine year old. Normal levels of T4 are
supposed to be at 2-3 according to my vet, and my cat's were at 10. Her
heart rate was up over 300 bpm. They prescribed Tapazole, and she is doing
well on it. Her heart rate ranges from 160-190 now.
