Need some batteries for your laser cat toy??

I picked up a pack of 50 LR44 batteries for the laser pointer from

for about $8 + 5$ shipping. After trying a pair, I can say they last at least as
long as the ones that came with the pointer. At $13 for 50 it beats the hell
out of the $4 - $5 packs of 2 in the local stores.
And, no, I don't make any money if you buy some. I just thought a couple of
people here might like to know.

Thanks for the info! I go through a lot of laser pointers! I find
it just cheaper and easier to spend another $7 for a new one, but
I'll have to look into this.

we switched to laser pointers that just use AAA batteries. not sure about
the battery life yet though. the watch type batteries were more expensive
than a new laser pointer (cheapest i could find them was home depot and they
were still like $6-7)
