Urine in carpeted hall that connects kitchen/bath/livingroom. It is impossible
to saturate with Nature's Miracle and leave it to dry. I have to put plastic
sheeting over it to walk and I think this is causing the stain to spread. Has
anyone been in a similar situation?
I have one sick cat secluded to a spare room and a healthy cat that 2 days ago
started secluding to another room while I sleep and am at work so I can leave
the plastic off to let airdry but this is not enough.
At my wits end and beginning to realize if I'm to continue to have even one cat
indefinately, I don't think I can keep carpeting, at least on the living level.

Skip the Nature's Miracle. It's a waste of $$. Clean the carpet
with ODOKLEEN and use a carpet cleaner. Then treat it with NODOR.
From an old post:
"I recommend ODOKLEEN to remove any urine or feces (it
requires lots of rinsing, though - a wet vac works wonders for this),
and then treating the area with ODOKILL or NODOR to remove the odor.
I have yet to find an odor which is not removed using NODOR. ODOKLEEN
and ODOKILL are available through pet supply stores. NODOR is made by
Nu-Scents in Knoxville, TN, USA. They are a very small company and do
not ship outside of NA. Their product can be ordered in the US by
credit card by calling 1*(800)*262*9366. They ship via UPS. They are
very nice people. NODOR will kill male spray smell."
