is it possible she can still give birth to more soon?

If she has positioned herself in a relaxed crescent shape with her
kittens, it's unlikely there are more.

For the first few weeks, the mom will take care of the kittens, so your
job is to take care of her.
The most important part of that is to feed her something that's high in
fat and proteins, the kitten food you get at pet stores and vets' is
fine.
