Bilbo was recently hit by a car and has lost his sight. I have read
that they will learn there surroundings, but my concern is him getting
enough water. He tried to drink some last night and about drowned
himself. Is there anyone that can give me a tip on how to help him? I
have been giving him water through a syringe, but I'm know he isn't
getting enough. Thanks.
What about a fountain! Dr.s Foster and smith has a cool new one where the
water runs over a surface:

See how they are licking the surface? No getting the nose wet.

That sounds like a great idea. As his hearing starts to compensate for his
sight, I bet the sound of the water would help, too.

I'm really tempted to try that fountain. I'm such a gadget addict. Grant
finally drinks from the petmate....now that the pump died.
