But I've been looking at Petfinder. I really love Maine Coons but I'd
rather find one that needs a home badly, or a "wanna be". I still
need to have Shamrock and Bonnie FeLV tested again before I even
consider adopting another cat. Then again, I've thought maybe I
should just leave an opening because I've never ever set out to adopt
a cat before, they always find me.
That said, I found these two and the first one, PJ, has a face
exactly like my old cat who is now RB, Marley.

PJ is a shy cat but heck, Bonnie was/is, too, so that isn't a
hinderence.
This one is Mister, with a sad story.

Hey, either one (any rescued cat is still one more rescued cat) - or both.

Those are some ear tufts Mister has!

You want to see some ear tufts? www.snittens.com/biscotti1.jpg and

She's one of my new foster kittens. They are all very shy, but she's the
most social out of the three. I should show her brothers so they don't feel
left out:

And who's to say that seeing a cat on Petfinder isn't that cat's way of
finding of finding you? :-) There's something about Mister, I keep looking
at him, even though there is absolutely no way I can take in another cat.

It's not really too soon if you're ready. Everyone is different. Some people
like to wait and others jump right back in.
They're both unbelievably cute and it's always hard to pick but I like Cathy's
reasoning that, either way, a cat who needs a home gets rescued. When they're
in the hands of those no-kill shelters you know they'll be taken care of and
cared about, at least, so you should go with the one who appeals to you the
most.
It's a good sign you're looking:)

I just believe that when room is made, it must be taken. I just need
to get Bonnie and Shamrock tested and then it will be known.

I don't know who I'm kidding thinking I can "pick out a cat". lol
I've never done it yet, I don't think it will start now. I was just
"looking". :)

Both are cute and would be lucky to join your family.
