Tiger's ultra soft poops were not getting better so I figured the
Acidolphulis was no longer potent. Sunday I bought a new jar (which was
kept in the health food store refrigerator). That afternoon I added
some to the food. This evening he presented me with a perfectly formed
poop (in the litter box of course). The lesson learned is that
acidolphulis must be refrigerated and current. When the bottle says
"best by" they mean it!

I'm glad that works for you. I still give Shadow Primadopholis Jr,
it's also in the refridgerated section. I keep hoping it will work,
but it can't hurt.
