I have been writing Royal Canin now for 3 months trying to get them to
carry the Mane Coon food at the Petsmart near me. I kept being told it
will be there, or it is there now - and it was not - ithere would be
everything but the Mane Coon.

I finally wrote and asked the person if she was lying to me or if she
was just that clueless as to what she was talking about??? Amazingly
they called me - and they apoligized for the mistake, and they
promised the food will be there in a few weeks and in the mean time
they sent me a 40 lb bag of the Mane Coon that arrive the day after
their call to me.

I am so happy because I live 35 miles from the petsmart and even
farther from the Petco where I have been getting the food. I must say
I am glad that this company at least is trying to make amends for
their error,  most companies now adays can care less if your a happy
customer. I would have driven to get the food because I am very
satisfied with the food and do not want to change it.

Guess sometimes complaining does get things done.

I thought the samething, however they are not allowed to choose which
varities of Royal Canin they have in the store. They get what they are
given and could only refer me to the company to request they stock the
Mane Coon be stocked at the store.

I believe I answered this before - I also thought it was Petsmart's
issue. I asked them to carry it and they said that Royal Canin chooses
the food they put in each store. So Petsmart can ask for it - but
Royal Canin can say no - so I went to Royal Canin and asked them to
supply it at the petsmart near me. They have been promissing since my
first request that they would get it there.

I was surprised to get the huge bag, when they told me they were going
to send me a bag of food for all my trouble I assumed a small bag.
I am hoping the next time I need cat food that the petsmart store will
have it, but I am good for now.

Your cats are so neat! I love Cat 5's chubby looking muzzle and Sir Lancelot
is a total beauty. The markings on Miss Thang's back are so similar to my
late cat Gnarly. She was a dilute tortoiseshell, blue cream or lavender
cream alley cat!

It's funny you say Cat 5 is chubby - he is long and skinny but he is
very muscular - I have trouble keeping any weight on him. I think what
impresses me the most is how different all the cats are in likes and
dislikes and behavior.
Sir Lancelot has grand ch all the way thru his petigree and he is the
new baby. He is starting to get to that teenage stage - not all the
way there but it's coming - so the 26th he's going to loose a couple
things at the vets. I expect he will not be too happy with me for a
few days.

I just meant his muzzle. He has a kind of full looking one, to me.
Understand that I am used to girl cats, and my Cheeky has an almost Siamese
face shape--very delicate muzzle and great big eyes and earls. Boy cats
almost always have larger muzzles than girls, I think.

Ooo. Well, he will eventually forgive you! I hope all goes well.
