Last week I asked about my cat RJ who had a skin rash or similar just
below his ears, above his eyes. He did not seem bothered by this and
did not groom or scratch it at all (which is why I didn't notice it
right away).
I am on a very limited budget and could not get to the vet unless it's
very important.
RJ never goes out and never has any other-animal contact. And he does
not have fleas.
I washed the area with mild soap & water, then applied a small amount
of skin cream, rubbed it in. He didn't paw or lick this at all.
A couple days later, the rash was gone and he was a-ok. Thanks for the
fine advice.
