Hi.
My 7 years old female cat is very friendly and nice to us.
When come to the other cats she is total devil.
We live in apt building where people have lot of cats. They let them out. So
do we.
My dam cat can't get along with any cat. Today I had rush down, because my
dam cat was fitting with a small kitten.
What should we do?
Does cat know what a punishment is?
Thanks

A cat does not learn by punishment. If it were me, I'd attempt to let my cat
out only when I could supervise it and when the other cats are least about.

No, they don't so don't attempt to hit her or yell at her. Make her an indoor
cat. Provide her with lots of toys and stimulation and she can adapt to an
indoor life. She will be safer, too. Otherwise, get her a harness and a leash
and take her out with you supervised only.
