house plants and cats

my cats at home usually nibble on our house plants and eat grass
outside. they also like to play with long plants and pretend they are
a jungle. i wonder if there are any types of plants that a kitten
should not be eating? i seat my Shaina on a window to sun-bathe and
she plays with pants that are there. i was thinking of getting her
some more leafy green plants to play with and eat, since that's all
she'll have of nature in my NYC apartment.
