Cat has trouble focusing question

I have a stray that has erradic eye movement and can't seem to focus. Is it
possible that this is the side effects of cunsuming some chemical?

She didn't always have this probem and it is very recent.

It's like any other ailment - it could be any number of things, and the
only person who is really qualified to do this is your vet - they can
actually see what is causing it.
