I called my vet and she is on vacation untill Tuesday. I am hoping
someone else may have seen this.

Sir Lancellot has 2 K9 teeth on the top right side - I am guessing one
is a baby tooth that has not fallen out -  neither is loose nor does
it seem to bother him - it is not swollen or red. It doesn't stop him
from eating nor playing.

So will the other tooth fall out on it's own? I really hate to have it
pulled if it isn't going to be a problem, but I hate to guess wrong.

How old is he? Some cats and dogs can just plain have real crooked teeth. Are
you sure it's two canine teeth? Maybe if the adult canine tooth grew crooked
under the baby tooth it wasn't able to push it loose? Is it red, inflammed,
bleeding?

I am positive it is the K9 and he is just 6 mnths odl. It is not
inflamed or red. Doesn't seem to bother him at all. I did make an
appointment for this Friday when my vet is back. The office said that
I need him checked to make sure it wasn't causing problem in the soft
palate. I don't think it is, but may as well have it checked. They
said it is probably just a baby tooth that didn't come out and we may
just give it a bit of time.

Cats teeth will grow that way if they get bashed in the mouth really
hard. What did you hit him with? You beat your cat and then ask for
help! You are a very sick individual!

I had the same situation with my cat when he was a kitten.  There were 2
fang teeth on each side.  He looked very strange!  The vet told me that the
baby tooth had not fallen out yet and should within the next few days.  Sure
enough, next few days the baby teeth were gone.

Give it a few days and see what happens.
