Thank you all for your kinds words and support. It means a lot to me and my
family.  I know one day I will see him and all my other furballs again.  I
talked to the vet yesterday while I took care of the bill.  He put my mind
at rest  there was nothing I could have done.  Everything that could have
been was done.  I told him that give me some time but if any new master need
a home specially if there are more than one call me.  He called me last
night and told me a lady has two that need a home but I think it is too
soon.

Not too soon for the poor little kitties.  Purrs that they will find a
loving home.    Purrs for healing your heart.    MLB

I don't know, Matt....It's not about your needing them, but about their
needing you....

You're right, Matthew- it is too soon.  You as well as your cats- especially
his best bud- need a little time to mourn.  Don't let anyone try to tell you
cats don't mourn the loss of a close companion.

No one wants homeless cats to find homes more than me- but I think you
should wait a bit. You and your cats need time to mourn and heal.

Yeah, I bet it is. Be good to yourself, seek out friends. We're
here, and I know you have lots of friends and relatives who
care about you. One of the hardest things in life is losing a
loved one, to death or otherwise, but hardest to death.
People who understand that species does not matter in
these matters are the ones you want around you now.
