He showed up today after the snow started and well after the rest of the
colony had come for food and gone already. Rather than take up a spot in the
hootch at the other end of the glider he's sitting on - which is heated - he
tried the sympathy approach. Of course he was easily persuaded to come
inside for a while and have breakfast.
