It is wierd but the title of this article is misleading. The fact is the
reason she was in jail was because she had shoplifted something at Wal-Mart
and the vial of dehydrated cat urine was found in her purse when it was
being searched. The authorities thought it tested positive for
methamphetatime. So, she wasn't in jail because it's illegal to have cat
urine. She was in jail because she had shoplifted something from Wal-Mart
and it was thought that she was additionally in possession of an illegal
drug.

Very strange. I can't think of one reason that anyone would ant cat
urine for a school project, but that doesn't mean it is not true
though.

Personally, I think she must be quite accomplished actually. Have you
ever tried collecting cat urine, even for the vet to check out? It's
not one of the easiest things in the world to do.....

It is a bit misrepresented in this story. It made a good headline I
guess?!!
