Are cats bothered by music in cars with loud, deep bass? My cat seems to rather enjoy car rides and I play music. However, I was just curious on the sensitivity of their ears as to whether or not they would meow or something if they did not like the thumping bass. I had a cat once who loved to go for car rides. I started him riding in the car when he was a kitten. In those days (ok, so it was a pretty long time ago) I had a Pinto (anyone remember those?) with the big large window in the hatchback. Poco used to ride back there watching all the cars and traffic. But, in those days, car stereo was very limited, not what it is today so I can't comment on the music, although he listened to FM radio through car speakers fairly regularly (no loud bass boxes in those days). Ahhh, the good ole days. Poco and I used to go everywhere in those days! Patty |
