Anyone have any experience of this for cats? Vet suggested it fo
Sunny's arthritis. Hugely ironic really, as I take it myself fo
depression, but obviously that doesn't tell me anything about ho
suitable it is for animals

I've never heard of using elavil for pain management. I had a cat with
pretty bad arthritis and my vet and the specialist that I saw never
suggested using elavil.

I haven't heard about this. My parents late cat was on it for a while
for Feline Cognitive Disorder (kitty alzheimers). There's a great book
that lists medications and their use for pets. I'd check mine for you,
but I'm not at home right now. Here's the link to it in Amazon:

One of my older cats was on it for 5 years for inappropriate urination, and
it worked quite well. Half a pill was good, more zonked her out
completely. My husband was also on it, but for pain management.
