Yes, a woman from one of them, Sharon Talbert, posts here. It's Friends
of Campus Cats (or something like that). I'm sure they/she would have a
lot of useful advice. :)

Sharon is terrific. She helped me (via this newsgroup)a few years ago when
I took in a feral cat as a pet. It would also help if your sister or you
would be willing to make a contribution to her organization.

Hi, Sharon Talbert of Campus Cats here. I shared some good information
(about a local feral cat organization called Feral Cat Spay/Neuter
Progject) with the original poster and hope her sister finds some
assistance. I also offered to help her get in touch with that mailing
list, to possibly locate a new guardian angel for the colony.
